The Bottle of Whiskey was an bottle of alcohol which can be found in a wooden cabinet of the Distillery room underneath Hell's Kitchen. It can be given to a drunken pirate henchman, who in turn drunkenly disappears and unwittingly leaves behind a Santa Costume he was suppose to wear. If Carnby drinks the bottle of whisky, he would walk as if he was in a drunken state.
