Throughout Derceto there are three 78 rpm vinyl records:
- Chopin’s Posthumous Opus 69 Nr 1 is located in the cabinet of the smoking room, with the document Memories.
- Strauss’s “Blue Danube” is located in the same ballroom.
- Saint Saëns’ Dance of Death is located in Jeremy Hartwood's office, along with the book Report from Captain J.W. Norton.
Playing the Dance of Death record on the Gramaphone in the Ballroom will make the ghosts dance, moving them so the player can retrieve the Key to the Trunk.
