The top hat cowboy was an emeny in alone in the Dark III. he materializes in the slaughter bulch town hall interioer next to the door to the library room as soon as the Shooting star cowboy was defeated. Upon death, Carnby is able to pick up the top hat he was wearing as well as the key to the nearby Library room.
